A 5m white runabout with one person on board reported problems at 20m mark off Matata.  Weather conditions were good with 10kt wind from south.  Whakatane Coastguard made an all stations call for assistance and a good samaritan offered to tow the boat back to Whakatane. Many thanks to the good samaritan.
