Mechanical problem – 12/31/2022 – 14:38 to 31/01/2023

A boat reported 2km from the Raurimus with a mechanical problem and requested a tow back to Whakatane. Whakatane Rescue II was launched, located the vessel and towed it safely back across the bar.
