Engine problem – 06/16/2017 – 12:44 to 13:32

At 1244hrs a boat reported at the Raurimus with an engine problem, requesting assistance; 2 POB.  An unsuccessful “All Stations” call was made so Whakatane Rescue was tasked to assist.  Sea conditions were good, no swell and a 5kt wind from the SSE.  A successful tow was made with both boats back in the harbour at 1332hrs.
