Engine problem – 03/18/2017 – 12:22 to 13:18

At 1222hrs a boat with 3 POB reported  E of Whale Is with an engine problem and requested assistance.An All Stations call was made which resulted in a  boat responding.Sea conditions were good with a S wind of 4kts,good visibility and no significant swell.The boat was taken under tow and both vessels arrived safely back in the river at 1318hrs.A big thank you to the good samaritan.
