Electrical problem – 08/13/2017 – 11:15 to 12:45

At 1115hrs a boat at the 25m mark off Westend, Ohope, reported an electrical problem and requested a tow back to Whakatane.  2 POB.  An All Stations call resulted in a boat responding.  Sea conditions were good with a 14kt wind from the NW.  Both boats arrived safely back in the harbour at 1245hrs.  A big thank you to the Good Samaritan.
